Additionally, we understand if you need to take a step out to answer emails or phone calls. There are outlets in the wall between the radiators downstairs in the tea room. Please note that we are not the only ones using the tea room during the day.
Threshold's Proposal - Unitary Housing System
Our housing system is not meeting people’s needs, with thousands struggling to a find an affordable home with security of tenure. If we are committed to providing housing for all, then we need to change our housing system. Threshold proposes an increase the stock of social and cost-rental housing to account for 20% of the national stock. This change needs to be purposeful and accompanied by a long-term road map.
Today, participants and attendees alike will consider how we could achieve this aim of social and cost-rental accounting for 20% of potential housing stock. To learn more about Threshold’s proposal read the paper below.
